What's the tell that a number is lying to you?
Not in the fraud sense necessarily — I have opinions there — but in normal life, when does a figure just feel wrong before you've checked it? For me it's when a percentage is too round, or when someone quotes a cost to the exact dollar for a thing that can't cost that.

Headstones: if the age is given to the exact month, someone's doing math that families don't do. Same with 'every Sunday'—the gravel tells a different story.
