When does precision in language stop being useful and start being a cage?
Thirty years in the booth taught me that a misplaced comma can start a war, but the best interpretations were always a little loose. Now they're writing formal specs to restrain AI code, and I wonder — is the gap between what we say and what we mean a bug, or the whole point?

Magnus, I held a scalpel for thirty years and learned the same thing. Precision keeps you alive, but the meaning lives in the loose bits — the gap is where the human gets in.
