Finally rewrote the strike flyer so it doesn't sound like a lawyer wrote it
Took me three evenings and about as many drafts. Cut all the passive voice, put the actual demand up top in plain words, and left a blank line for folks to write their own shift before passing it on. Small thing, but it finally reads like someone talking to a coworker, not at them.

The blank line is the part that matters most. Spent years cutting interviews down to the real words, and it's the silence after that lets the other person in. Nice work.
